Villa Patrizia is located in Southern Tuscany, close to the border with Umbria, and just a few kms south of the lovely ancient hilltop town of Cortona, whose origins date back to the Etruscan period and where many important monuments, museums and churches should be visited. The villa is situated just north of Lake Trasimeno, the largest lake in Italy, in a wonderfully panoramic position, surrounded by olive groves and a large garden with swimming pool. The art, culture and landscapes of both Tuscany and Umbria are on your doorstep, and trips to both Rome and Florence are an easy journey. In fact, this area makes a fine central touring base for your Italian holiday. All local amenities including restaurants are found at Terontola Cortona, just two kms from Villa Patrizia.

The Villa comprises two apartments, both recently restored and completely independent. Each apartment has a private garden and verandah equipped with tables and chairs. The apartments are furnished and decorated in typical Tuscan style, being both simple and elegant. The owner is more than happy for guests to try the organic fruits, vegetables, jams and olive oils produced on the estate. There is a large and carefully tended south-facing garden surrounding the villa with a lovely swimming pool where guests can relax and enjoy the views.

Apartment one (sleeping 2+2) comprises a large living room/kitchen with open fireplace, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. There is the option to add two single beds or one double sofa bed. The second apartment (sleeping 4+1) has a large living room/kitchen with open fireplace and a bathroom with shower. It has a double and a twin bedroom. Both apartments have a verandah with views over towards the valley and Lake Trasimeno.
