In the heart of the wonderful Tuscan countryside surrounding Siena is situated Villa Bea. Owned by the Anichini family this highly spacious villa stands in 18 hectares of vineyards and olive groves; with wonderful views over towards the charming village of Lucignano. This is a wonderful property for those who want to sink into the relaxing silence of the Siena countryside but who are nevertheless well placed to visit the towns of Siena, Florence, Arezzo and Perugia. The charming village of Scrofiano with it’s bar and local shop is only 1km away. Guests can taste and buy the wine and olive oil produced on the farm.

The villa comprises 360sqm and is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a very large sitting room, kitchen and bathroom with shower and double bedroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and two twin bedrooms, two further bathrooms (one with bath), a large sitting/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and coffee machines. A terrace runs around the outside of the house with plenty of tables and chairs for alfresco dining.

Outside, carved into a natural terrace overlooking the Valdichiana valley is a lovely large swimming pool equipped with chairs, umbrellas, hammock and a pergola; perfect for alfresco dining. The garden is extensive and surrounded by Lebanon cedar trees.
