Situated in a recent development in the beautiful wooded hills of Southern Tuscany is Le Rondini; two modern villettas accommodating up to six people in each. The properties are located within easy reach of some of Tuscany’s finest beaches (the Costa degli Etruschi); the nearest only a twenty minute drive. Le Rondini is also close to the lovely villages of Castagnetto (village of the chestnuts), Monteverdi and Sasseta which have all the amenities. This is an area dotted with the age-old remains of Etruscan civilisation and you can visit the lovely gulf of Baratti where are situated the tombs of the necropolis of Populonia. Along the Costa degli Etruschi wine route there are numerous firms producing the local wines and around Bolgheri are the vineyards where the grapes for such outstanding wines as Ornellaia and Sassicaia are grown.

The two villettas can be rented separately or together for larger groups. They have been comfortably furnished in the local style and each has its own private garden and patio with views overlooking the surrounding Tuscan hills. The properties consist of a living/dining room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Both have a double sofabed in living area to accommodate either one or two extra people.
