A charming three storey village house in the small village of Vasia , close to Imperia on the Ligurian coast. This is the Italian Riveria with the French Riveria only an hours drive! You have the bustle and sun of the Mediterraneon on the one hand but can also experience the quiet and solitude and clean air of the Appenine Hills on the other. Vasia is a small, unspoilt, rustic hillside village with no tourists! You will experience a lifestyle that has hardly changed! It has a thriving shop, post office and family run pizzeria with spectacular views over the valley. It is located only 7kms from the nearest beach with further sandy beaches only 16km distance. It is well located for visiting the nearby locations of Porto Marizio, San Remo , Portofino and the Monaco and Monte Carlo only 45mintues away. There is a wonderful swimming pool in Oneglia only 7kms.

The house is arranged on three floors and has been recently extensively restored and refurbished. The first floor comprises a sitting room with double sofabed and television, hall, and double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Downstairs there is a further double bedroom with ensuite shower room and small sitting room. On the second floor is a large kitchen and dining room opening onto a lovely top floor terrace with its own dining table and chairs. You can enjoy the views of the Mediterranean over the village rooftops. Perfect for alfresco dining!
