Villa accommodating up to 10 people
Lovely 19thC Villa built circa 1850 situated in the heart of Tuscany between the historical towns of Cortona and Montepulciano. Villa Limoni stands in 5000sqm of attractive gardens, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves where the famous Nobile Di Montepulciano grape is grown. Guests can have the opportunity to taste and buy wine and oil. The Villa is walking distance from the village of Chianacce with grocery shop and bar and further amenities and restaurants can be found at Foiano, only 8kms distance. The estate comprises the main house sleeping six people and the adjacent Dependance sleeping four people.
Villa Limoni can accommodate up to ten people and comprises a sitting room, a spacious, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave, a large dining room leading onto a veranda outside with tables and chairs, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and three bathrooms. The Dependance has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Outside there is a lovely swimming pool with separate children’s pool/Jacuzzi overlooking the wonderful Tuscan countryside. The views are spectacular where guests can enjoy the wonderful fields of sunflowers. There is also a pool shower, gymnasium (with CD system) and dressing room. Overlooking the pool is a covered terrace furnished with table and chairs for outside dining plus a gazebo in the garden with sofas. There is a barbecue and guests can have a game of table tennis or relax in one of the hammocks!
